Sublimated Patches
Design full color patches with your custom text and artwork. Like our embroidered patches, sublimated patches have a merrow border sewn in a color of your choice. These patches are available in both standard and custom shapes and sizes. How do embroidered and printed patches differ?
For the manufacturing of an embroidered patch, a special thread is used, which is embroidered onto a base fabric. This gives the embroidered patch a classic look with its unique dimension and thickness. Embroidered Patches have a classic, vintage look, which gives a high quality professional look.
Printed patches use a sublimation process to print a photo, design or text onto twill fabric. Instead of using threads, heat is used to transfer the digital artwork onto the patch. These patches can include multiple colors, highly detailed designs, and text. These patches are the right choice if you want to recreate an unique design, an image of your brand logo or a photograph.

Patches are very often sewn on - that's what the word "patch" already says. Ironing is also often chosen, i.e. our patches can be provided with an ironing surface if desired, so that they can be easily applied with an iron. Such patches are often also called iron-on patches. We also offer patches with velcro backing for quick attachment, removal and changing of your patches.
